I fell and had a break in my shoulder joint before working with Matt. Since working with Matt my arm movement has improved , my pain has decreased and I can sleep uninteruppted by pain. I have significantly improved my core balance and strength.

I love working out with Rebecca!. I have been working out with Rebecca for well over a year. I have never enjoyed exercise as much as I do now. I prefer the early bird workouts at Stayfit because they give me energy for the day, and set a nice healthy tone for my busy work days. Rebecca always responds to feedback and ideas and is enthusiastically willing to change up the workout routines regularly. She has coached me through personal one-on-one strength training, group fitness circuits, boot camps and trail runs with strength exercises incorporated. She is always up for tailoring the routine to my needs or preferences, but still pushes me no matter what the workout. I have gotten much stronger since working out with Rebecca, and learned a LOT about fitness, nutrition and making sure I am exercising safely. I am only in my 5th week working out with Rebecca. I have noticed a difference already in my strength. I have been in and out of gyms for years. This is the first time I have actually enjoyed my workouts. Rebecca is really knowledgeable on how certain exercises work and will tailor the workout to meet your needs or work around any injuries you may have. She is great with circuit training and switching up the routines, being careful to watch your form during each so that you do not injure yourself. After 10 personal Pilates classes with Linda I lost 1 inch from my waist and 1.5 inches from my hips. My posture has improved and core muscles stronger. For the first time today, I was able to sit “erect” on the floor without being in pain. This was a defining moment for me. Linda is an excellent instructor, always encouraging me and complimenting me on my progress. She taught me the importance of utilizing proper breathing techniques and body alignment. I can hear her in my mind reminding me to pull in my abdomen and draw my shoulder blades back and down. I found Linda’s lessons to be a lot of fun and very inspiring.

Before I started working with Linda I was in bad shape and sinking fast. I have numerous health conditions including PMR, Hyper-Thyroid, Border Line Diabetes and other ailments.
