We will increase the benefits of exercise through a multi-disciplinary approach. Our program takes you through three eight week stages. Each stage is designed to build on the other providing you with a pathway that leads to changes in your lifestyle so you can not only get fit , but will stay fit.
Stage one (Health and Function) is for new exercisers whose primary goal is to develop their stamina, muscular balance, flexibility and coordination. Exercises are modified to allow for special health concerns keeping you safe and injury free.
Stage two (Lean and Fit) is for those who are cleared by their physicians to exercise at a higher level of fitness. Here the focus is learning more challenging exercises to burn more calories leading to faster fat loss, increased muscular definition and flexibility.
Stage three (Strong and Shapely) is designed more for the competitive athlete or anyone who wants to look their absolute best. This style of training can be very intense but will provide the greatest return on your time and energy invested.

An important part of any responsible training program, a fitness assessment objectively measures your current level of physical fitness. Without an effective fitness assessment, growth cannot be accurately measured. At Stay Fit Academy our fitness assessment incorporates many different methods to achieve accurate results.
The Fitness assessment measures:
